Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remotes, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
